Refund Policy

At Sattvek, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our simple and transparent Refund and Returns Policy.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your product under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

Note: Perishable, personal care, or customized items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at oder@sattvek.com

with:

Order number
Reason for return
Clear photos of the product (if damaged)

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
