Because our teas are natural consumable products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the package has been opened or delivered.

No Refund Policy for Green & Herbal Teas

Since our teas are perishable, sensitive to handling, and crafted to order, we do not offer refunds on any of our Green Tea or Herbal Tea products. This policy helps us maintain purity, hygiene, and the uncompromised quality you trust.

However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, expired, or incorrect, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you with a resolution.
