  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Orders placed after business hours may be processed the next business day.

Sattvek Organics reserves the right to extend processing times during peak periods, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers within Canada.
If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.

If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you and process a refund where applicable.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines vary based on destination and courier operations:

  • Major Cities (Urban Areas): 3–5 business days

  • Other Regions: 5–7 business days

  • Remote or Rural Locations: Up to 10 business days
